Eligibility and Registration
To register and use nnok you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or accessing the platform from Bangladesh; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; (d) not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by nnok or any linked responsible gaming programme. Registration constitutes your representation and warranty that all information you provide is true and accurate. nnok reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion without being required to give a reason.
Account Conduct and Prohibited Activity
Players must not: (a) open or operate more than one account; (b) allow any third party to use or access their nnok account; (c) use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; (d) engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraud; (e) exploit errors, loopholes, or technical faults in the platform for financial gain; (f) use the platform for any unlawful purpose. nnok actively monitors for prohibited conduct and may void bets, confiscate winnings, and permanently ban accounts found to be in breach of this clause.
Deposits
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. nnok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay in Bangladeshi Taka. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction. Deposits are credited to the account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. nnok reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals if any mismatch is detected between the depositing wallet and the account holder's registered identity.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The platform reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
nnok provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. If you have a complaint relating to your nnok account, a game outcome, or any transaction, contact nnok support at [email protected] in the first instance. nnok will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. nnok's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes and technical errors is final once the formal review process has been completed.

nnok supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must originate from a mobile wallet registered in the account holder's own name. nnok does not accept payments from third-party wallets or from wallets registered in a different name. Any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Standard deposit processing is instant upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is delayed due to a network issue on the provider's side, players should retain their transaction reference number and contact support with that reference. nnok will investigate and credit confirmed deposits within 4 hours of receiving a valid transaction reference. nnok is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile network provider or the mobile wallet service itself.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timescales are published in the payments section of the nnok platform and may be updated from time to time. nnok does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges independent of nnok.
